Hi Folks,
Ueland Tree Farm is excited to open up a portion of the tree farm to the public to salvage
native plants on the weekend of February 27th and 28th. Plants available for
salvage include Douglas Fir, Western White Pine, Western Hemlock,
Western Red Cedar, Rhododendron, Salal, Huckleberry, Oregon Grape, and
Sword Fern.
Ueland Tree Farm will be open February 27th and 28th
from 9:00am to 3:30pm. Last year over 130 vehicles took advantage of
the free plants. The
tree farm is located just northwest of Kitsap Lake (City of Bremerton)
at the end of Lebers Lane. A map can be found below. If you have any
questions, please contact Mark Mauren at (253) 307-5900.

Kitsap Waterfall Survey at Ueland Tree Farm
Micah Kipple has spent the last couple of years surveying all the waterfalls in Kitsap County. Recently Micah presented Ueland Tree Farm with a report that describes the waterfalls that he inventoried on the property. You can find more information on his blog at:
